The Ocean Endowment Fund
The Ocean Endowment Fund is a commingled, diversified, global, multi-asset class, integrated pool of capital managed for long-term capital appreciation and capital preservation. Modeled after such endowments as Stanford, Yale, and Princeton Universities, the Ocean Endowment Fund creates long-term proprietary asset allocation targets among six major asset classes and several sub-asset classes. Within each asset class, Ocean Endowment selects premier investment managers and allocates all capital to these independent specialists according to a risk-managed asset weighting process. Ocean Endowment then overlays an active, mid-term asset allocation process to capture opportunities resulting from cyclical or periodic valuation discrepancies or capital dislocations.
