Ocean Endowment Partners offers three strategies for select clients seeking long-term capital appreciation and preservation of capital on a risk-adjusted basis. Our Pooled Vehicles, which are only available to certain qualified investors and not to the general public, are managed for long-term capital appreciation and modeled after leading North American endowments. For clients who prefer a customized model for their endowment management, we offer Advisory Services, including Outsourced Chief Investment Officer and Consulting partnerships. For smaller amounts of capital, the Liquid Ocean Strategy offers clients a low-cost, separate account structure focused on marketable securities with daily pricing and liquidity.
Our pooled investment vehicles, which are only available to certain qualified investors and not to the general public, consist of commingled, diversified, global, multi-asset class, integrated pools of capital managed for long-term capital appreciation and capital preservation. Modeled after such endowments as Stanford, Yale, and Princeton Universities, these discretionary investment portfolios create long-term proprietary asset allocation targets among six major asset classes and several sub-asset classes. Within each asset class, we select premier investment managers and allocate all capital to these independent specialists according to a risk-managed asset weighting process. We then overlay an active, mid-term asset allocation process to capture opportunities resulting from cyclical or periodic valuation discrepancies or capital dislocations.
Note: the information on this website does not constitute an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, a limited partnership interest in any such pooled investment vehicle.
For select clients who prefer a customized model for their endowment management, we offer Outsourced Chief Investment Officer, Consulting, and Advisory Services designed to meet their unique requirements. Depending on an individual institution's needs, we provide customized asset allocation, manager selection, and risk and liquidity management services, and work closely with staff, Investment Committees, and Boards of Trustees. In addition to comprehensive solutions, we can leverage our significant experience in individual asset classes to create a focused portfolio. We believe our unique background and experience at Stanford Management Company significantly differentiates our approach, investment manager access, and due diligence network from other consultants and service providers.
Liquid Ocean Strategy
The Liquid Ocean Strategy offers clients with smaller amounts of capital a separate account structure focused on marketable securities with daily pricing and liquidity. Using a carefully screened and diversified portfolio of funds, including ETFs and mutual funds, the Liquid Ocean strategy provides clients with maximum liquidity and control, while delivering value through long-term global and sector diversification and active mid-term asset allocation over and under-weightings.
